Adult Basic Fundamental Program

The Basic Fundamental program is designed to provide the students the foundation of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, theory, and technique, both on the ground and standing. Each class incorporates techniques and flow drills designed to help guide body mechanics and muscle memory. Every class has a dynamic BJJ-specific warm up to build fitness, flexibility, and prevent injury. The class has been specifically designed to defend against punches, kicks, chokes, headlocks, bear hugs, and many other common forms of street aggression. You will learn not only techniques and strategies designed to make you feel safe and confident in any situation.

As the student progresses they will be invited to join the Advanced Training Program. The goal of the Basic Fundamental Program is to prepare you for entry into the Academy’s most prestigious and main program, called the Advanced Training Program.
